ESMA was one of the over 750 Clandestine Detention, Torture and Extermination Centers implanted by the last argentinian civilian-military dictatorship, between the years 1976 and 1983.In this place, crimes against humanity were committed, which are being investigated and taken to trial in federal courts in the present days.
