This series of tours has been released by Lake Macquarie Landcare to celebrate 2021 National Landcare Week.The tours are designed to be completed at your own pace, at a time that suits you. All you need is a smartphone (or tablet), some headphones and an appetite for adventure!Along the way you will learn about each Landcare project from the site volunteers themselves as they share their stories and thoughts on what being a landcarer is all about.If you have not done so already, we recommend downloading the izi.TRAVEL app on your smart phone or tablet before you head off.DOWNLOAD FOR APPLE iPHONE HERE // DOWNLOAD FOR ANDROID DEVICES HEREThe tours can be streamed via the app or website when you are on site. However you may want to consider downloading them before you go to avoid any disappointment if you encounter patchy mobile reception when deep in the forest. Each tour includes multiple "stops", each with an audio track for you to listen and follow-along to, so make sure to pack your headphones!
