History of this route has begun in May 1918, when members of an Imperial House of Romanov's were exiled to Alapaevsk: Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna, the sister of the tsarina and Prioress of the Martha and Mary monastery in Moscow, Grand Duke Sergey Mikhailovich, Dukes of the Imperial Blood - John, Konstantin, and Igor Konstantinovich and Duke Vladimir Paley.
