In Pushkin's sense of life, the tragedy of personal fate was undoubtedly intertwined with the historical upheavals of the era. Meanwhile, Pushkin’s muse was waiting and looking for at least short-term peace of mind, without which, as Pushkin put it, “you will not produce anything.” In the Boldino wilderness, Pushkin found the desired solitude. Was it "peace of mind"? There was, undoubtedly, the greatest concentration of thought. Peace of mind and harmony are not the point of departure in Pushkin’s Boldino work, but his goal, found in creative torment.
