Series IV of the Rotating Public Art Program comprises eight sculptural artworks installed throughout Pasadena in each Council District, commissioned through the City's Cultural Affairs Division. Completed in 2024, the Series IV exhibition will be on view for a three-year period, with artworks by Lisa Mann, Damien Jones, Cynthia Minet, Hugo Heredia Barrera, Arteclettica, Charles Sherman, Kellan Shanahan, and In Theory Art Collective. Situated in unusual and often overlooked corners of the City, these artworks activate and transform small public spaces into exciting moments of discovery.
