Industrialization of Sant Andreu

This tour will take you through a journey back to the past. The once small agricultural village of Sant Andreu de Palomar, in the mid-19th century became an industrial town in the outskirts of Barcelona. It was specialized in textile production and heavy machinery production.This tour will take you step by step through the industrialization process and show you the main landmarks that changed the neighborhoods history. It includes factories, metro and train stations, and even parks.It takes about 1h30 to finish the tour, therefore the walking between each landmark is only 26 minutes.
