Museum Staphorst

The museum offers you ample opportunity to explore the rich cultural past and present of Staphorst. The Staphorst museum is housed in a traditionally built farmhouse, decorated in a typically Staphorst style; the living area is still in the original state and you will see how people formerly lived. The section that was once the barn, is now used as an exhibition space. You will find here (changing) exhibitions displaying regional dress, jewelry and folk art.From 1 november - 31 march only Wednesday afternoon from 1pm - 5 pm, Saterday from 10am - 4pm. Groups can be received throughout the year bij appointment, also outsude regular openings hours.
