From school to the Nobel Prize

This tour starts with one of the most famous higher educational institutions of Belarus - the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank and ends with the building of the Academy of Sciences. We called this fascinating route “From school to the Nobel Prize”. During your walk through the main avenue of Minsk, you will get acquainted with interesting sculptural monuments to representatives of completely different professions. But this is only a small part of such monuments in our city. They are located throughout the city, but not all residents of the city know about their existence and about the history of their creation. There are also sculptures dedicated to the teacher, architect, photographer, postman, policeman, doctor, actor, clown and many others. As many as 3 monuments in the capital are dedicated to students. And each of them has its own history and color.In order to expand knowledge about such sculptural monuments, we have developed an excursion route designed to show the young generation the historical and cultural contribution of all professions in the transformation of our city and the whole country.Have a nice trip!
