A hiking trail in the Lubyanka district indicates places in Moscow that bear the memory of crimes and human rights abuses that took place in Moscow in the Soviet era.This route is situated in Memorial’s project “Moscow. Sites of Memory”. The website, “Topography of Terror", has two parts: a map and an informational database. Our aim was to create a sort of an interactive address book of the Soviet Terror in Moscow. Accordingly, our map consists of such sites as Concentration Camps, Prisons, Sites of Mass Executions, and so on. You are welcome to visit the English version very soon.
