From San to Home - Cya On The Road

This cycle route is intended to last 1-3 days, depending on your physical fitness and interests. The tour begins in Boykivshchyna in the village Syanky and takes us through the Uzhanska Valley along the Polish and Slovak borders to the town Perechyn. Along the way, we will tell you about the natural, ethnic, defensive, and delicious attractions of the valley. After descending from the Uzhotskyi Pass, where the San River starts, you can find a portal to the past, gain strength from ancient oaks, visit the place where three state borders meet, find out what Uzhanska Valley tastes like, gain Heracles' strength, get married and get on Kaolinite hill. That is not even a full list. So, let’s go!Alisa Smyrna is a tour and mountain guide from the Uzhanska Valley. She specializes in cultural, cycling, and walking tours for German-speaking tourists, educational tours for children and adults. She has studied German philology and world literature in Ukraine, obtained an MBA in International Tourism Management in Austria. She is the owner of the «Bed&Bike Dobra Nuc» bicycle estate in the former collective farm granary, where she organizes real Uzhanska Valley weddings and gets her tourists married, organizes gastronomic evenings with volunteers from all over the world, as well as arranging children's camps.
