The path of Liutianska narrow-gauge railway
This bicycle route can be travelled in one day, but we highly recommend you not hurrying and prolonging the trip for two days. The tour begins in the village Dubrynychi and takes you through Liutianska valley, along the former narrow-gauge railway to the mountain villages Chornoholova, Bukivtsovo, Smerekova, as well as Novoselytsia, a village on the Slovak border. We will introduce you to the history and highlights of the Village Dubrynychi, the development of narrow-gauge railways and woodworking, locations where movies were shot, places for mushroom hunting and kaolin mountain. We will show the place where Uzh and Liutianka merge and the magical lagoon. You will hear the silence of mountains; learn about the history of ancient wooden temples and life in the mountains.Information about the guideAlisa Smyrna a guide and mountaineer from the Uzhanska valley.
