Forbidden Fruit: Gay Hidden Heritage

Welcome to this guided tour, which aims to show and share some hidden, interesting and juicy gay stories reflected in the 10 unique queer heritage sites that we will visit.We will discover how some gay figures played an important part of gay social histories; They reflect the struggles, hardships, sacrifices and prejudices, that previous gay men encountered. It is hoped this will help us appreciate the equality, liberated love, diversity and freedoms that we now enjoy, (and perhaps take for granted), here in the U.K.’s cosmopolitan capital.
