N. Howard

A tour using the Light Rail  to shed light on the vacant buildings of N. Howard Street. Which is a stretch of commercial buildings that are mostly vacant for now 40 years. Howard St. is one of Baltimore's historic streets, which used to be the main shopping street in Baltimore City. The street is known for its Antique Row. And department stores, with buildings dated back as far as the late 19th century.Edited (Source: Wikipedia) This tour highlights some of the historical buildings one the street. However, the street is full of vacant buildings one can see in this tour. Also, it is important to mention that the city has plans to develop and revitalize the street. You can see these plans starting to  take place, coming from the north, where N. Howard St. crosses with W. Chase St.
