A tour using the Light Rail  to shed light on the vacant buildings of N. Howard Street. Which is a stretch of commercial buildings that are mostly vacant for now 40 years. Howard St. is one of Baltimore's historic streets, which used to be the main shopping street in Baltimore City. The street is known for its Antique Row. However, the street is full of vacant buildings one can see in this tour. Also, it is important to mention that the city has plans to develop and revitalize the street. You can see these plans starting to  take place, coming from the north, where N. Howard St. crosses with W. Chase St.
