A Natural History Tour of the PG Recreation Trail

This audio tour will highlight the natural and cultural history of Pacific Grove, situated on the biodiverse Monterey Peninsula. From the Rumsen Ohlone, the first inhabitants of what is now Pacific Grove, to various communities who have come to call it home, tours will survey the diverse history of human interaction with natural resources of land and sea, as well as the various species of plants and animals that inhabit Pacific Grove.This tour was created by volunteers at the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History.
