The Metropolitan Branch Trail is a walking and biking trail which runs parallel to the Red line metro. The trail begins in Silver Spring and ends at Union Station. For this tour I will be guiding you through a 3.5 mile stretch of this trail starting at the Fort Totten Metro Stop and ending at the Rhode Island Metro Stop. Along the way you will also hear interviews from DC residents about the trail and how it affects the community.
