Nozeroy is a French commune in the Jura department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.It is part of the Champagnole Nozeroy Jura community of municipalities. Founded in the 13th century by Lord Jean 1 de Chalon, Nozeroy was home to a fortified castle, now in ruins.
