The Farm settlement was founded in April 1909 with the start of construction of a colony for the blind. On November 24, 1922, the Perm District Stud Farm was established on the basis of this colony, which later became known as Perm Breeding Stud Farm No. 9. Since March 10, 1982, the Farm has been the center of the Dvurechensk rural settlement.
