'Jaca Fever' Walking Tour: Explore Grafton's purple paradise

Grafton, NSW, Australia
Est. 3.6km / 1 hr 52 mins / Map

Grafton is a beautiful town with a rich history and our jacaranda trees are one of our most famous attractions. From mid-October to early November, the streets and parks of Grafton are transformed into a sea of purple as the Jacaranda trees bloom. It's a truly magical sight that attracts visitors from all over the world.

This short walk will take you to some of Grafton's most popular jacaranda avenues, as well as some of our most historic buildings and landmarks. Along the way, I'll tell you a bit about the history of Grafton and the jacaranda, and show you some of my favourite places to enjoy the flowers.

So put on your walking shoes, grab your camera and let's go!

I hope you enjoy the walk! And don't forget to share your photos on social media using the hashtag #JacaFever!
