The Bay Run Audio Guide
The Bay Run is a picturesque seven-kilometre-long pedestrian and cycling circuit around Iron Cove - a bay on the Parramatta River.
The walk, passing through suburbs within Inner West Council and City of Canada Bay, is flat and wheelchair and pram friendly. It's especially popular with joggers, walkers, roller skaters, cyclists and parents with prams, who can enjoy the pleasant waterside scenery while exercising.
There are parks, fitness stations, playgrounds for kids, BBQ facilities and waterfront cafes along the walking route.
Here is a free self-guided audio tour with interactive maps to hear the stories while enjoying the premium water views all Sydneysiders love!
